FAQ
Clear answers about access, privacy, subscriptions, and working inside OffLists.
Who can join OffLists?
OffLists is for active yacht brokers and brokerage desks. Applications are reviewed manually before access is approved.
What can a verified free broker do?
A verified broker can publish 1 live listing and 1 live buyer request. Paid plans unlock broader browsing, messaging, and active opportunity capacity.
What does paid access unlock?
Paid access unlocks full listing and request browsing, broker identities, direct messaging, follow alerts, broker profiles, and agreement workflows.
Are listings public?
No. OffLists is not a public marketplace. Listings and buyer requests are shared inside a reviewed broker-only environment.
Why do unpaid users see anonymous brokers?
Broker identity is part of paid network access. This protects broker relationships while still letting verified brokers preview market activity.
How do buyer requests work?
Brokers can publish client demand with yacht type, size, budget, and preferred locations so other brokers can match relevant opportunities.
Can I message another broker?
Yes, paid brokers can start direct conversations from listings, buyer requests, or broker profiles. Threads keep the relevant context attached.
Does OffLists create legal agreements?
OffLists can generate draft co-brokerage or buyer-introduction agreements from a conversation. Drafts should be reviewed by legal counsel before signature.
Who handles payment details?
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. OffLists does not store card or bank details on its own servers.
How long does approval take?
Most complete applications can be reviewed within 24-48 hours. LinkedIn or a reference can help speed up manual review.
