Eligibility

OffLists is a broker‑only platform. Access requires manual verification and approval.

Broker Responsibility

• All listings and requests must be accurate and lawful.
• Do not share private listings outside OffLists.
• Do not attempt to bypass access controls.

Access

Verification is required before any listings are visible. Paid access is required for full listing details and messaging.

Moderation

OffLists may approve, reject, or remove listings or requests at its discretion to maintain trust and quality.

Payments

Subscription fees are billed monthly. Company plans are purchased via invoice. Individual plans are billed through the App Store or Google Play.
