Eligibility

OffLists is a broker‑only platform. Access requires manual verification and approval.

Broker Responsibility

• All listings and requests must be accurate and lawful.
• Do not share private listings outside OffLists.
• Do not attempt to bypass access controls.

Broker network rules

• Your account is personal to you and must not be shared, transferred, resold, or used by another person.
• If you use OffLists on behalf of a brokerage, you confirm that you are authorised to do so and that your brokerage is responsible for activity under invited team access.
• You must not contact owners, captains, sellers, buyers, or clients introduced through OffLists in a way that bypasses the broker who shared the opportunity.
• You must not use OffLists to harvest broker contacts, recreate private data sets, or build a competing directory from network information.
• You must act professionally, respond honestly, and avoid conduct that damages trust in the broker network.

Listings, requests, and authority

When you publish a listing or buyer request, you confirm that you have the right to share it, that the information is not misleading, and that you will update or remove it when it is no longer accurate, available, or authorised. You remain responsible for yacht details, pricing, availability, ownership authority, buyer mandate context, commercial terms, media, and any third-party rights in the material you upload.

Access

Verification is required before network access is granted. Verified free access may be limited, and paid access is required for full listing details, broader browsing, and messaging. We may re-check eligibility if your role, brokerage, ownership, or control changes.

Private network and confidentiality

OffLists is designed for private broker-to-broker use. You must not scrape, copy, republish, forward, or publicly disclose private listings, buyer requests, messages, broker identities, screenshots, or agreement drafts without the relevant party’s permission.

Email communications

By creating an account or accepting an invite, you agree that OffLists may send you account, verification, invite, onboarding, product, broker opportunity, subscription, and launch communications by email. You can contact us to update your communication preferences.

Cookies and browser storage

OffLists may use essential cookies, local storage, and similar browser technologies for authentication, security, language preference, and product functionality. We may use privacy-friendly aggregate analytics. We do not use advertising cookies.

Moderation

OffLists may review, edit, hide, reject, or remove listings, requests, profiles, messages, or access at its discretion to maintain trust, quality, confidentiality, legal compliance, and network safety.

Payments

Subscription fees are billed monthly or yearly as shown at checkout and handled through Stripe or another payment provider shown at checkout. OffLists does not store card or bank details on its own servers.

Subscriptions and plan changes

Paid plans are based on active opportunity capacity. Unless otherwise stated at checkout, subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled or changed through the billing flow. Plan availability, limits, discounts, and pricing may change for future billing periods.

Agreement drafts

Agreement tools generate convenience drafts only. OffLists does not provide legal advice, does not guarantee enforceability, and is not responsible for deal terms agreed between brokers. Drafts should be reviewed by qualified legal counsel before signature.

Third-party services

OffLists relies on third-party providers for hosting, authentication, storage, email, analytics, and payments. Your use of payment checkout or other third-party functionality may also be subject to that provider’s terms and privacy practices.

Suspension and removal

We may suspend or remove access if we believe a user has violated these terms, created risk for other brokers, misused private information, submitted misleading data, failed payment, shared credentials, bypassed another broker, infringed third-party rights, or harmed network trust.

Service availability

OffLists is provided on an as-available basis. We aim to operate a reliable private broker workspace, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, specific deal outcomes, or that every broker opportunity will be accurate, available, or suitable.

Broker disputes and reports

Commercial disputes remain between the brokers and parties involved in the transaction. OffLists may help review reports of misuse, false information, confidentiality breaches, or circumvention, but it is not a party to yacht sales, purchase introductions, commissions, or co-brokerage arrangements unless expressly agreed in writing.
