In off-market yachting, valuable information too often disappears into private conversations. A listing sits in one message, a buyer brief in another, and an important detail in a forwarded file.
I built OffLists to keep that discreet way of working intact while bringing opportunities into one organized place. I also want brokers who are strong in their own markets to reach the right colleagues beyond them. A good broker's reach should not stop at a local network, and their opportunities should not get lost in an inbox.
