Research by MYBA and Queen Mary University of London found that more than 55% of 1,905 recorded superyacht resale transactions in its 2016-2021 dataset closed with different brokers on the seller's and buyer's sides. The industry depends on collaboration, yet buyer demand, quiet inventory, introductions, and deal context are still scattered across calls, WhatsApp threads, and forwarded PDFs. I built OffLists to give verified yacht brokers one discreet place to find the right counterpart, share real demand, and move co-brokerage opportunities forward.
