OffLists is a private, broker‑only network. We collect the minimum data needed to verify brokers, operate the platform, and maintain trust.

OffLists is operated by Offlists LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. Offlists LLC is the controller of personal data used to verify brokers, operate accounts and the private network, handle support, and manage subscriptions. Data We Collect

• Verification data (company name, LinkedIn URL, reference)

Cookies and analytics

OffLists uses essential browser storage for login sessions, security, language preference, and app functionality. We use privacy-friendly analytics to understand aggregate product usage. We do not use advertising cookies or sell tracking data.

Email communications

We may send service emails about account access, verification, invites, subscriptions, security, agreements, and activity alerts. Promotional launch and product emails are optional and use your separate email choice. You can withdraw that choice by contacting us; essential service messages may still be sent.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. Profile, listing, request, message, follow, and agreement-related information is shared inside OffLists only as needed for verified brokers, relevant counterparties, invited team members, support, administration, security, payments, and legal compliance.

Service providers and subprocessors

We use trusted service providers to operate OffLists. These providers may process limited data only as needed to provide infrastructure, authentication, storage, email, payments, analytics, hosting, and security services.

• Vercel — hosting, deployment, and serverless infrastructure
• Resend — transactional and invite email delivery
• Stripe — checkout, billing, subscription, and payment processing
• Plausible — privacy-friendly aggregate website analytics
• Google Maps — optional location map previews when a listing location is entered

Data retention

We keep account, profile, listing, request, message, billing, and audit records for as long as needed to operate OffLists, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and maintain network trust. You may request deletion or correction where applicable.

International transfers

OffLists and its service providers may process data in countries outside your country of residence. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards provided by our service providers and applicable data protection law.

Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or export your personal data. You may withdraw consent for optional communications without affecting earlier lawful processing. Contact us to make a request. You may also complain to a competent data protection supervisory authority.

Security

We use access controls, manual broker verification, and role-based permissions. Our mobile app includes screen-capture protections where supported, but no technical measure can guarantee that another person cannot record information displayed on a device.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as OffLists evolves. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above and, where appropriate, notifying users by email or in-app notice.
