Legal basis

OffLists uses essential browser storage for login sessions, security, language preference, and app functionality. We use privacy-friendly analytics to understand aggregate product usage. We do not use advertising cookies or sell tracking data.

Email communications

We may send transactional emails about account access, verification, invites, subscriptions, security, agreements, and platform activity. If you consent, we may also send launch, onboarding, broker opportunity, and product update emails. You can request changes to communication preferences by contacting us.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. Profile, listing, request, message, follow, and agreement-related information is shared inside OffLists only as needed for verified brokers, relevant counterparties, invited team members, support, administration, security, payments, and legal compliance.

Service providers and subprocessors

We use trusted service providers to operate OffLists. These providers may process limited data only as needed to provide infrastructure, authentication, storage, email, payments, analytics, hosting, and security services.

• Resend — transactional and invite email delivery
• Stripe — checkout, billing, subscription, and payment processing
• Plausible — privacy-friendly aggregate website analytics
• Google Maps — optional location map previews when a listing location is entered

Data retention

We keep account, profile, listing, request, message, billing, and audit records for as long as needed to operate OffLists, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and maintain network trust. You may request deletion or correction where applicable.

International transfers

OffLists and its service providers may process data in countries outside your country of residence. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards provided by our service providers and applicable data protection law.

Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or export your personal data. You may also withdraw consent for optional communications. Contact us to make a request.

Security

We use access controls, manual verification, and role‑based permissions. On Android, screenshots are blocked on sensitive screens. On iOS, capture is detected and sensitive content is blurred.
